Your request for an appointment has to be sent at least 48 hours before the appointment and will be only confirmed by e-mail or by phone.

If you wish to cancel an appointment, your message has to be sent at least 24 hours before. If your cancellation is not sent within this period, your will be charged for the booked service(s).
